Rachel Gottesman, OTR/L, Myofascial Release Therapist
I use  MFR (Myofascial Release) as my main modality to help clients achieve impressive results.  I have experienced the benefits of MFR and will help clients get back to the activities they love.

                                                                                  About Me:
I have been in practice for over eighteen years after graduating from Boston University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy.  I have been incorporating myofascial release (MFR) into my practice after experiencing the significant role MFR had played in my own healing process from chronic pain after the birth of my second child.  I understand the impact pain has on every facet of life - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. From my own personal experience, I have developed techniques through MFR to effectively help others in their journey towards health and wellness.  I can say that I have seen over and over the positive impact that MFR has had on the lives of my clients since incorporating it into my occupational therapy practice.  I have performed myofascial release techniques on clients ranging in age from 3 to 95 years, and with a wide variety of conditions and diagnoses.
